Absolute Filter V Bank High Airflow Volume V Type Mini-pleat Filter
The Absolute Filter V Bank is Cambridge’s contribution to the energy efficient “Green” movement and offers extremely low pressure drop (1″ w.g. @ 2120 CFM versus 1.4″ w.g. for standard high capacity filters) for clean environments with high airflow needs, such as HVAC air handling equipment. The world’s first ultra high-efficiency filter specifically created for the next generation of semiconductor, and liquid crystal manufacturing. The space saving mini-pleat GIGA Master boasts minimal Boron outgassing and can reduce the amount of organic contaminants on wafers to 0.05ng/cm2 (1/300th the amount from traditional filters). High Temp. Absolute Filter Separator/HEPA Filter
Applications for our High Temperature Absolute Filter include pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, high temperature drying, and sterilization. These HEPA filters’ maximum operation temperatures differ by application, and range from 150 to 230 degrees Celsius (302 to 446 Fahrenheit). High airflow volume types are available. Enzymic Filter Mini-Pleat HEPA Filter
Cambridge’s Enzymic Filter is a quick and effective way to provide sterilization by eliminating a wide range of bacteria. Enzymes fixed on media fibers break the molecular bonds of bacterial cell walls (glycoside, amido, or peptide). Cell membranes are then ruptured by inner osmotic pressure and the bacteria are destroyed. The media uses natural enzymes that are safe for both the environment and human beings. Our Enzymic Filter Series functions at room temperature so no electricity or heating is required. The Enzymic HEPA Filter is available in 99.97% and 99.99% efficiencies at 0.3um. U Type Incinerable Absolute Filter Separator-Type HEPA Filter
The U Type Incinerable Absolute Filter was developed to meet the needs of nuclear facilities. It reduces radioactive waste volume, waste disposal and storage costs. The volume after incineration is reduced to 1/90 and weight after incineration is reduced to 1/25. This separator-type HEPA filter is 99.97% efficient at 0.3um. Custom sizes are available.

CFC’s Self-Contained Absolute Filter is often used for nuclear and radioisotope facility exhaust treatment. It is vacuum leak tested at -10hPa and 99.97% efficient at 0.3um. This Self-Contained Absolute Filter is available in both standard and high airflow models.

Super Hi-Temp 660F(350C) Separator Type Hi-Temp Absolute HEPA Filter
The Super High Temperature Absolute Filter from Cambridge has raised the limit for air filtration in extreme environments and goes where no other filter can. This Absolute filter operates comfortably at 660F (350C) with minimal particle generation compared to conventional hi-temp filters and has a ceiling temperature of 750F (400C). Whether your process requires HEPA (99.97%) or semi-HEPA (95%) level air filtration, the Super High Temperature Absolute Filter produces clean air with minimal particle generation and is generally suited for Pharmaceutical, Food Processing and Research applications.
